This is an ablative laser surgery procedure, which involves some “downtime”. Other patients with mild to moderate wrinkling and aged skin can opt to have a series of non-ablative laser procedures which have little to no “downtime”- these patients can return back to work right after the procedure.

Restylift is a procedure where the filler is artfully injected to contour, lift or reshape areas such as the lower eyelid, cheekbone, brow, and jawline. Volume injection of fillers can be an alternative to a surgical facelift in younger patients and remove that tired look due to early descent of facial features. Artesense is a semi-permanent filler which may last up to 6-10 years. A simple skin test is performed to determine inidividual candidacy for Artesense. Dr Laughlin recommends patients have a temporary filler done before committing to a semi-permanent filler.
